Calculate how much your total charge will be by using the estimator at the left. Our prices include all our features. There are no additional charges. As an added advantage for monthly invoicing all responses and e-mails are added together across multiple surveys and the volume discount is applied to that total, as long as the costs are made within the same billing period.

 Payment methods
You can choose between two payment terms:
 Payment by invoicing
Invoicing is further split into two types depending upon usage.
 Monthly invoicing
This is the most commonly used payment term.
You receive a monthly invoice for all of the activity on your account during the previous month. If there was no activity you will not receive an invoice. If you have more than one survey active during the same month then the costs mentioned on the invoice are split per survey. Furthermore all the responses and e-mails as well as the survey creation costs from all the surveys are added together and the volume discount is applied to the total.br>If your survey projects or live longer than the standard 60 days, you need to chose this invoicing method.
 Invoicing per completed project
You receive one invoice for each survey you conduct after the survey closes. This payment term can only be requested for survey projects that are maximum 60 days live. This payment term makes it easier to work with PO numbers but since you get a new invoice per survey, the volume discount is applied to each survey independently and not cumulatively as with monthly invoicing.
 Direct online payment
Online payment involves purchasing 'credits' that you can then spend on our site. Each credit is worth 1 EUR.
A discount of up to 10% is given to clients that pay online.

Private individuals can also use our system, using this payment method. Even with online direct payment, you still receive a printable invoice after each purchase. Credits are automatically deducted from your account based on usage, such as survey creation, responses to your survey, etc. You receive an e-mail when your credit balance amounts to 10% of the original credit balance after your last purchase. Volume discounts are applied per survey, thus comparable with clients paying via invoicing per project. Online payers do not receive a detailed invoice mentioning all the usage on our site.
Minimum purchase of 50 credits is required.
