How can I change the end date of my survey?

You can change the end date of your survey by following these steps:

1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
2. Click on the tab Surveys.
3. Open your survey.
4. Click on Distribute.
5. Click on Change end-date.
6. Change the end date and time of your survey.
7. Click on Save.

Keep in mind that if this causes the survey to be hosted ‘Live’ for more then 60 days, a hosting cost of € 10 will be charged per extra month.

Extending the ‘Live’ hosting of your survey beyond the standard 60 day period is only possible if you use invoicing ‘Per month‘ or ‘Per year‘. If you use invoicing ‘Per project‘ and would like to prolong your survey, please change to another billing model.
