The first 60 days live hosting are included in the survey creation cost. The first 90 days of results hosting after the survey closes are also included in the survey creation cost. After these 90 days the survey results are archived.
Clients that have invoicing per project as a billing model, need to switch to monthly invoicing if they want to keep their survey live longer than 60 days.
The results of the survey are archived offline for a period of 10 years for all active clients. The survey itself ( the questions, panel, design, e-mail invitation, etc) remains online, should you wish to copy them.
If you would you like to keep your survey ‘Live’ for a longer period, or if you didn’t have enough time to analyze the results or download the reports, then you can prolong the hosting.
CheckMarket offers volume discounts, which gives discount on hosting to customers with multiple surveys that:
- need extra months of live hosting (> 60 days).
- need extra months of survey results hosting (> 90 days).
