This function is often used to send thank-you mails or some kind of other global message to your contacts in their own language.
Attention: This is not for e-mail invitations!
There are two ways to send group mails.
- From your panels:To send a group mail, follow these steps:
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Click on the tab Panels.
- Select the panel you wish to send group mail.
- Click on Group mailing.
- Change the content of your mail.
- Click on Send.
- In the panel of a survey:To send a group mail to a survey panel or subset of one, follow these steps:
- Sign in to CheckMarket.
- Click on the tab Surveys.
- Click on the title of your survey.
- Click on Distribute.
- Click on Panellists.
- Select the persons you want to send an e-mail to, optionally you can set any filters you want.
- Click on Group mailing.
- Change the content of your mail.
- Click on Send.
Change the content of your e-mail
On this page you see the Rich Text (HTML) Editor, which lets you edit the e-mail text.

Below that you edit the Alternate plaintext body of the mail, for panelists with e-mail clients that don’t understand HTML.

You can manually add addresses by placing one name and e-mail address per line, divided by a semicolon (;). If you do not know the name, add only the e-mail address.
You can use HTML directly in the text box of the message and use variables from your panel data as in an e-mail invitation.
Use a valid Reply address. If you don’t, no e-mails will be sent. This is an anti-spam regulation.
Each mail costs 0,08 EUR. All the mails you send with our system in each billing period, such as invitations, reminders, group mails, etc. are added together and a volume discount is calculated. More information about volume discounts is available on our Pricing page.
