Multilingual Customer Care Agent

We are looking for an experienced, talented, multilingual customer care employee who loves to help dozens of people per day.

It is certainly not a standard helpdesk position, but a varied, technically advanced and challenging job!

CheckMarket is a growing and dynamic B2B internet company. Central to our approach is a very powerful and comprehensive survey platform, supplemented with multilingual services.

You have good language skills, are naturally customer-oriented and have a passion for technology, innovation and software.

The main part of the job consists of customer care.

You also have a good knowledge of WordPress, because you will help expand and maintain the Helpdesk articles on our website.

Important for this function is that you are very IT-proficient, that you can interpret what our customers want and that you are happy to speak to them, both by email and by telephone.

What we expect from you

You think customer-friendly and result-oriented

You have a passion for technology, innovation and software

Language skills: Dutch (excellent), English (very good), French (good)

Good knowledge of HTML and CSS

Experience with WordPress

Excellent knowledge of IT and web applications

You have good communication skills and a polite appearance

You are responsible and good at organizing, working independently and accurately!

You are discreet and reliable. You can handle confidential data properly

Pros: good knowledge of DNS records, Handlebars, …

Minimum 2 years experience required in a B2B environment
