Cancel a subscription

A subscription period lasts for one year. This period can not be shortened. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, but you can turn this off.

One month before the end of the subscription period, you will receive an automatic email alert.

You can cancel a subscription by deactivating the auto-renew setting.

In order to do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign into CheckMarket.
  2. Click on Account at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Choose Subscription settings.
  5. Select inactive in the auto-renew dropdown.
  6. Click Save.

At the end of your subscription period your plan will automatically change to our Per Survey plan.

Attention: To ensure the uninterrupted availability of your ‘live’ surveys for respondents, a survey bundle is automatically activated and charged for all ‘live’ surveys in your account on the end date of your subscription. To avoid unnecessary charges, please ‘close’ any surveys that you no longer require before the end date.

Survey bundles come standard with 1000 emails and 250 respondents. Future respondents and emails will automatically be deducted from the survey bundle. Remaining volumes cannot be transferred to another survey. You can order extra emails and respondents at any time.
