Deleting users from your account

Delete user accounts when these people no longer require access to your CheckMarket account, for example because they changed jobs or roles.

A list of supported time zones for CheckMarket users, surveys and reports. You can also use these with CSL to show times in a specific time zone.

Help! My account has been blocked!

After 5 attempts your account will be blocked for security reasons. You can unblock it quite easily by clicking the link “Forgot your password?”.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily retrieve it by clicking the link “Forgot your password?” on the CheckMarket sign in page.

Adding users to your account

The account administrator can add an unlimited number of free users to your account. They also decide upon these users’ level of access.
