Net Promoter Score calculator

NPS® or Net Promoter ScoreSM,  is a customer loyalty metric used by many companies. It is easy to measure, because it only asks one question:

"How likely are you to recommend company/brand/product X to a friend/colleague/relative?"

Net Promoter Score Calculation - CheckMarket

The Net Promoter Score is calculated as the difference between the percentage of Promoters and Detractors. The NPS is not expressed as a percentage but as an absolute number lying between -100 and +100.

Calculate your Net Promoter Score

Number of Detractors:respondents giving a 0 to 6 score
Number of Passives:respondents giving a 7 or 8 score.
Number of Promoters:respondents giving a 9 or 10 score.
Net Promoter Score:0The score ranges from -100 to 100 whereas a positive score (>0) is generally considered as good.
