Net Promoter Score calculator
NPS® or Net Promoter ScoreSM, is a customer loyalty metric used by many companies. It is easy to measure, because it only asks one question:
"How likely are you to recommend company/brand/product X to a friend/colleague/relative?"
The answer to this question is placed on a 11-point rating scale, ranging from 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (extremely likely). If you want to read more about the use, pitfalls and application of the NPS, see our article What is the Net Promoter Score?.
The Net Promoter Score is calculated as the difference between the percentage of Promoters and Detractors. The NPS is not expressed as a percentage but as an absolute number lying between -100 and +100.
