Today we have launched our updated media library. It’s been rebuilt from the ground up. It now matches the style of the surveys list and is mobile friendly.
Grid or list view
Switch views between ‘grid’ which shows a preview of each media object and ‘list’ which shows a table of the media objects and all of their details (size, dimensions, user that uploaded them, …) in sortable columns.
Search by file size
You can also search by file size. Enter for example larger:3MB and you’ll only see files of 3 megabytes or more. You can also use smaller:3MB to show the smaller files.
See which user uploaded a file
You can now see which user uploaded a file. Open the detailed list mode, or use the search box dropdown.
See if file is still in use
When you open a file you can see if it’s still in use and if so, in which survey.
There are some other new features as well, so feel free to have a look and try them out. If you have any questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to let us know!
