How do I renew my subscription?

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew, so there is no action on your part required.
The account administrator and every user with the role ‘billing administrator’ will receive an email alert, 30 days before the subscription period ends, and again an email when your subscription is renewed.

 

Add PO number

Add your own PO number or reference to your subscription renewal invoice before your subscription renews, by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
  2. Click on Account.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Click on Subscription settings.
  5. Enter the reference or PO number to the Your reference field.
  6. Click on Save.

The reference will now automatically appear on the invoice for the next renewal of your subscription.

 

How do I switch to another subscription model?

The account administrator or any user with the role ‘billing administrator’ can change your ‘next subscription model’, so that on the renewal date of your subscription, you will automatically switch to the ‘Next subscription model’ they selected. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
  2. Click on Account at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Click on Subscription settings.
  5. Select the subscription you want in the Next subscription model dropdown.
  6. Click on Save.

On the renewal date of your subscription, you will automatically switch to the ‘Next subscription model’ that you selected. The account administrator or any user with the role ‘billing administrator’ can check in real time if and which next subscription is active for your organisation’s account by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
  2. Click on Account at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Click on Subscription settings.
  5. Check if the ‘Auto-renew subscription’ is  set to ‘Active’.
  6. Check which ‘Next subscription model’ is selected.

 

Can I choose to not automatically renew my subscription?

If you do not want your subscription automatically renewed, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to CheckMarket.
  2. Click on Account at the top of the page.
  3. Click on Billing.
  4. Click on Subscription settings.
  5. Select the Inactive in the auto-renew dropdown.
  6. Click on Save.

Attention: If your subscription is set to NOT renew (Auto-renew ‘Inactive’), and you still have live surveys at the end date of your subscription period, your account will automatically downgrade to our Per Survey Plan on the end date. It is important to know that if you downgrade to our ‘per survey’ plan, a survey bundle will automatically be activated and charged for all ‘live’ surveys in your account on the end date of your subscription, this to ensure the uninterrupted availability of your ‘live’ surveys for respondents. So, make sure to ‘close’ any surveys that you no longer require before the end date of your subscription, should you choose to downgrade to our ‘per survey’ plan.
