Looking up the contact history

The contact history provides you with specific contact information such as their name, email address, and any other fields you imported for them. You can also quickly see which surveys they participated in, what the exact status was for that survey, see the date they were added to that survey as well as the date they were invited, etc.

From the contact history you can also access the contact reports for all surveys this particular contact participated in.

Looking up a contact’s history

  1. Go to the Contacts overview in a survey.
  2. Search for the contact and click on Actions next to their name.
  3. Click on History.

The contact history opens in a separate tab.

The upper half of the page provides the general information that was imported along with this contact. In the Survey participation overview you see how many surveys they were added to and what the status was for each survey. Click on  to open the contact report for that survey.

Click on Download in the top right corner of the page to download a PDF version of the contact history.

General Data Protection Regulation

This function is also required by the GDPR article 15 section 3:

Right to Access
Part of the expanded rights of data subjects outlined by the GDPR is the right for data subjects to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. Further, the controller shall provide a copy of the personal data, free of charge, in an electronic format.
